AGS en Benny Hinn
Posted: Jenny C @ 23 July 2008 9:46am

Wat soek Ferreira by Hinn ?

http://www.kletskerk.co.za/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=7685

Storehouse or Distribution Centre?
Posted: pjnel @ 22 July 2008 10:51am
pjnels avatarMY FRIENDS, DON'T BE SURPRISED IF THE PEOPLE OF THIS WORLD HATE YOU. (1JOHN 3:13)

How do we know who the people from this world are?
Just use the Bible as the criterion.
FROM THE BEGINNING YOU WERE TOLD THAT WE MUST LOVE EACH OTHER. (1JOHN 3:11)

Unfortunately the world has made the concept of love a cheap one. The Bible tells us what love really is.
WE KNOW WHAT LOVE IS BECAUSE JESUS GAVE HIS LIFE FOR US. THAT'S WHY WE MUST GIVE OUR LIVES FOR EACH OTHER. (1JOHN 3:16)

The sad part is that people who call themselves “Christians” do not follow Jesus as their Master. They do not give ANYTHING, much less to say love.

How can I say things like this?
Very easy – it is the truth!
IF WE HAVE ALL WE NEED AND SEE ONE OF OUR OWN PEOPLE IN NEED, WE MUST HAVE PITY ON THAT PERSON, OR ELSE WE CANNOT SAY WE LOVE GOD. (1JOHN 3:17)

The sad truth is that there are people out there proclaiming to be Christians, but when they are approached for donations end help they turn a blind eye and a deaf ear. I am not talking about monetary donations. I am talking about food and clothing the basic needs.
Even some churches prefer not to deal with such issues. When approached, they have all sorts of excuses, but if you look at poverty among their own congregational members while they drive luxury cars, stay in double story houses and attend gala events, you can’t help but wonder what has become of the so called “church”.

No wonder there are some that hate us (see opening verse).

The church is supposed to be a distribution centre, not a store house.
CHILDREN, YOU SHOW LOVE FOR OTHERS BY TRULY HELPING THEM, AND NOT MERELY BY TALKING ABOUT IT. (1JN 3:18)

People, I am making an urgent request to all who read here. Please see
Poverty Relief and then think according to these guidelines for helping us to help those in desperate need.

EACH DAY ONE OX, SIX OF THE BEST SHEEP, AND LOTS OF CHICKENS WERE PREPARED. THEN EVERY TEN DAYS, A LARGE SUPPLY OF WINE WAS BROUGHT IN. I KNEW WHAT A HEAVY BURDEN THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN FOR THE PEOPLE, AND SO I DID NOT ASK FOR MY FOOD ALLOWANCE AS GOVERNOR. (NEH 5:18)

I ask not for myself, but to further the Kingdom of God. This work is part of our ministry and has helped people to see and come to the True Light.

I pray that you will pray with us for Daily Bread.
